Serious personnel and structural changes took place in the Ilyas Afandiyev International Foundation in the second half of 2018. As the part of the restructuring of the Foundation’s work, the post of the President was abolished. Most of his duties were transferred to the Executive Director – Kamilla Aliyeva (for more details). Aydyn Kuliev was elected the new Chairman of the Board (for more details).

The composition of the Board of the Foundation, which includes individuals and legal entities, residents and citizens of various countries of the world, was also partially changed.

The Ilyas Afandiyev Foundation was firstly established in 2005, and had the status of an international organization in 2011.
