PROJECT THE FOUNDATION “THE UNITY OF DIASPORAS OF TURKIC PEOPLES”

In this large-scale project the “Ilyas Afandiyev International Foundation” in accordance with its mission aims to establish a foundation “The Unity of Diasporas of Turkic peoples” with a branch network in about 30 countries in Europe, Asia and America, where the large diaspora of Turkic peoples was formed (by some data the number can reach 30 – 40 millions).

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The Foundation “The Unity of Diaspora of Turkic peoples” is established for promotion the diaspora of Turkic peoples in the countries, and active participation in solving problems in education, culture, public health, social and other humanitarian spheres, projects of socio-political, scientific, technological, cultural and educational modernization.

MAIN DIRECTIONS OF THE PROJECT

Organization of different forms of structural assistance in the development of Turkic peoples of the diaspora that promotes their mutual understanding and integration; organization of state-political, social and informational support for ongoing regional projects and target programs conducted by the Foundation “The Unity of the Diaspora of Turkic peoples”;organization ofstate-political, social and informational support for the projects of other non-governmental organizations aimed at promoting the idea of the unityof the Turkic world diasporas; financial support from the Foundation’s part to public funds, multilateral agencies and businesses of the diasporas of Turkic peoples; cooperation of the Foundation the “Unity of the Diaspora of Turkic peoples” with international NGOs and research centers on the issues of mutual interest; solution of urgent humanitarian problems of Turkic diasporas in education, culture, public health, social spheres, etc. the establishment and organization of “Forum for the diasporas of Turkic peoples.”
